ance of Class B (on sale) Hotels and Restaurants, Beer, Wine and Liquor
Licenses in Montgomery County to restaurant owners located in third,
fourth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth or thirteenth election districts, ex-
cept Poolesville, Kensington and Takoma Park subject to the require-
ment that gross receipts from food sales shall be more than twice the
gross receipts from the sale of alcoholic beverages during a twelve month
license period and to provide that the license holder shall sell alcoholic
beverages for consumption on the premises only, that no alcoholic bever-
ages shall be served at any bar, counter, cocktail lounge or other room
but only in the dining rooms which must have at least 1,000 square feet
of dining area, that no signs visible from the exterior advertising the
sale of alcoholic beverages shall be permitted, and generally to provide
for the terms and conditions under which said licenses shall be issued
and further to provide for a referendum on this Act.

A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
subsection (q) (2) of Section 40 of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys
in Fact," subtitle "State's Attorneys," increasing the number of assistant
State's Attorneys which may be appointed by the State's Attorney in
Prince George's County from five to six and establishing the salary therefor.
