House Bill No. 3—By the Anne Arundel County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 22-86 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County
(1957 Edition, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland), title ".Anne Arundel County," subtitle "Chapter 22. Water and
Sewers," subheading "Article III. Sanitary Districts," amending the laws
concerning the Sanitary District of Anne Arundel County with particular
respect to loans made to the Commission by the County Commissioners or
any other person, bank or corporation.

House Bill No. 4—By the Anne Arundel County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Section 22-23 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Anne Arundel County (1957 Edition and 1961 Supplement,
being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Anne Arundel County," subtitle "Chapter 22. Water and Sewers," sub-
heading "Article III. Sanitary Districts," and to enact a new Section 22-23
in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of the section so repealed, altering the
boundaries of the Anne Arundel County Sanitary District, and empower-
ing the county Sanitary Commission to subdivide it.

House Bill No. 5—By the Anne Arundel County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal Section 40(c) of Article 10 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "Attorneys-at-Law
and Attorneys in Fact," subtitle "State's Attorney," and to enact a new
Section 40 (c) in lieu thereof to stand in the place of the section so repealed,
providing for a personal expense allowance and the payment of additional
compensation for the State's Attorney of Anne Arundel County, for an
increase in the minimum salaries of the deputy State's Attorney and
assistant State's Attorneys of Anne Arundel County, for an increase in
the number of assistant State's Attorneys for Anne Arundel County, and
for the appointment of a clerk for the office of the State's Attorney of
Anne Arundel County.

House Bill No. 6—By the Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries Committee:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 700(1) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Oysters and Clams," to
change and make uniform the opening date of the season for tonging of
oysters in the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries.
