ORDER
By Mr. Hess:
Ordered, that the rules adopted by the Maryland House of Delegates
at the Regular Legislative Session of 1964 be hereby adopted as the
rules governing this present House of Delegates during this Special Legis-
lative Session of 1964, this order to remain in effect until changed or
modified by the Maryland House of Delegates.
Read and adopted.
RULES AMENDED
Ordered by the House of Delegates of Maryland that the rules as
adopted for the extraordinary session of 1964 be amended by the adoption
of the following temporary rule to apply to the 1964 special session only:
"All bills and resolutions introduced into the House of Delegates of
Maryland during the extraordinary session of 1964 shall be referred, upon
introduction, to the Rules Committee.

Ordered by the House of Delegates of Maryland, That the votes re-
corded on the voting machine and roll calls under the name of Boone shall
be the votes of Delegate Jacqueline McCurdy of Baltimore County.

House Bill No. 1—By the Anne Arundel County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 22-87 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Anne Arundel County
(1957 Edition, being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Anne Arundel County," subtitle "Chapter 22, Water and
Sewers," subheading "Article III. Sanitary Districts," amending the laws
concerning the Sanitary Commission of Anne Arundel County with par-
ticular respect to the payment of interest due on bonds.
Which was read the first time and referred to the Committee on
Rules.
House Bill No. 2—By the Anne Arundel County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 10-62 of the Anne Arundel County Code (1957 Edition, being
Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title "Anne Arun-
del County," subtitle "Fire Protection," increasing the special fire tax levy
in the third precinct of the fifth election district of Anne Arundel County
and clarifying the provisions of this Section.
