House Bill No. 25—By Delegate Quinn:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Somerset County (1963
Edition, being Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland),
title "Somerset County," subtitle "County Commissioners," to change the
amount of money paid annually by the Somerset County Commissioners
to the Edward McCready Hospital.

House Bill No. 30—By the Howard County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 6 (a) of Article 77 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1963
Supplement), title "Public Education," subtitle "Formation of Boards,"
and to add a new Section 11H to the same Article and subtitle of the Anno-
tated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), to follow immediately after Sec-
tion 11 thereof, providing for the appointment of a five (5) member
school board and the terms thereof in Howard County and reconstituting
the present Board.

House Bill No. 33—By the Anne Arundel County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to add new Section 10D to Article 25 of the
Annotated Code of Maryland (1963 Supplement), title "County Commis-
sioners," subtitle "General Provisions," to follow immediately after Sec-
tion IOC thereof, enabling the County Commissioners of Anne Arundel
County to adopt local regulations designed to prevent conflicts of interest
of county officers, including the County Commissioners, and to govern
the conduct and actions of all county officers in the performance of their
public duties and to provide penalties, including removal from office, for
violations of any such regulations.

House Bill No. 37—By the Montgomery County Delegation:
A Bill entitled: An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Section 40 (p-2) of Article 10 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition and 1963 Supplement), title "Attorneys at Law and Attorneys in
Fact," subtitle "State's Attorney," to provide for a temporary increase
of one assistant State's attorney who may be appointed by the State's
Attorney for Montgomery County and whose term of office shall expire
December 31, 1966.
