That Section 230 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County," subtitle "Livery
Stables—Fraud On," and that said subtitle, be and they are hereby
repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 231-239, inclusive, of Article 20 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Som-
erset County," subtitle "Navigation," and to repeal said subtitle,
repealing obsolete and unnecessary local laws of Somerset County
concerning navigation therein and the placing of certain obstruc-
tions in navigable and other waters in Somerset County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 231-239, inclusive, of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Navigation," and that said subtitle, be and they are hereby
repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Section 242 of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Orphans' Court," and to repeal said subtitle, repealing an
obsolete and unnecessary local law of Somerset County concerning
mileage payments made to the judges of the Orphans' Court of
Somerset County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 242 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County," subtitle "Orphans'
Court," and that said subtitle, be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.
