Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County," subtitle "Libra-
ries," as said section was enacted by Chapter 965 of the Acts of 1943,
be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments to read
as follows:
219A.
The County Commissioners of Somerset County [are hereby auth-
orized and directed to] shall levy and pay annually [, beginning with
the year 1943,] to the Lillian Straton Corbin Memorial Library [,
the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)] and to the Princess
Anne Public Library, the sum of [Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00)]
at least Five Hundred Dollars ($500) each for the support and main-
tenance of said libraries.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 435
(House Bill 109)
AN ACT to repeal Section 229 of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Little Annamessex River," and to repeal said subtitle,
repealing an obsolete and unnecessary local law of Somerset County
concerning the throwing or placing of certain materials in the
navigable water of the Little Annamessex River.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 229 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County," subtitle "Little
Annamessex River," and that said subtitle, be and they are hereby
repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Section 230 of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Livery Stables—Fraud On," and to repeal said subtitle,
repealing an obsolete and unnecessary local law of Somerset County
concerning fraudulent practices upon the keepers of livery stables.
