"Somerset County," subtitle "Election Districts," subheading
"Elections," Section 184A thereof having been enacted by Chapter
369 of the Acts of 1933; and to repeal said subheading; repealing
certain obsolete and unnecessary local laws of Somerset County
having generally to do with elections and the powers and duties of
the Board of Supervisors of Elections in Somerset County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 183, 184 and 184A of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Election Districts," subheading "Elections," Section 184A
thereof having been enacted by Chapter 369 of the Acts of 1933, and
that said subheading, be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 433
(House Bill 107)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 204, 205 and 206 of Article 20 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title
"Somerset County," subtitle "Junk Dealers," and to repeal said
subtitle, repealing certain unnecessary and obsolete local laws of
Somerset County concerning junk dealers, junk shops or second-
hand stores, and the conduct of such occupations.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 204, 205 and 206 of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Junk Dealers," and that said subtitle, be and they are hereby
repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(House Bill 108)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 219A of
Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "Somerset County," subtitle "Libraries," as said
section was enacted by Chapter 965 of the Acts of 1943, amending
the local laws of Somerset County with respect to the annual pay-
ment to be made by the County Commissioners of Somerset County
to certain libraries in that County.
