and suitable accommodations for holding elections and primaries

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to repeal Section 49 of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Crap," and to repeal said subtitle, repealing an unneces-
sary local law of Somerset County which makes it unlawful to play
in Somerset County the game commonly known as "crap."

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 49 of Article 20 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County," subtitle "Crap,"
and that said subtitle be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Section 117 of Article 20 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Somerset County,"
subtitle "Cruelty to Animals," and to repeal said subtitle, repealing
an obsolete and unnecessary local law of Somerset County concern-
ing the offense of cruelty to animals.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
