Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 3(n) of Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1962 Supplement), title "Elections", sub-title "Supervisors of Elec-
tions and Employees", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 382
(Senate Bill 428)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 155 (r) of
Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Boards of License Commis-
sioners", increasing the annual salaries of the chairman and mem-
bers of the Board of License Commissioners of Queen Anne's
County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 155 (r) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition), title "Alcoholic Beverages", sub-title "Boards
of License Commissioners", be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
155.
(r) In Queen Anne's County the chairman of the board of license
commissioners shall receive as compensation the sum of [three hun-
dred fifty dollars ($350.00)] five hundred fifty dollars ($550.00)
per year. Each of the two other members shall receive as compensa-
tion the sum of [three hundred dollars ($300.00)] five hundred dol-
lars ($500.00) per year.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to add new Section 16A to Article 1A of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition), title "Aeronautics", to follow
immediately after Section 16 thereof and to be under the new sub-
title "Airport Taxicab Service", providing that, without being re-
quired to obtain an additional permit or license from any other
county or political subdivision, the operator of any taxicab duly
