TIMORE CITY, AND PRECINCTS 37 TO 56, INCLUSIVE, AND
PRECINCTS 76 TO 80, INCLUSIVE, OF THE TWENTY-SEV-
ENTH WARD OF BALTIMORE CITY AS SAID WARDS AND
PRECINCTS WERE LAID OUT ON JANUARY 1, 1963.

164. The fifth congressional district is composed of the counties
of Carroll, Howard, Anne Arundel, and Calvert.

165.    The sixth congressional district is composed of the counties
of Allegany, Frederick, Garrett, Montgomery and Washington
counties.

166.    The seventh congressional district is composed of the fif-
teenth, sixteenth, twenty first and twenty eighth wards, the first to
the eleventh precincts of the twenty fifth ward, the twenty sixth to
the thirty-first precincts, inclusive, of the twenty sixth ward, the sec-
ond to the nineteenth A precincts, inclusive, the twenty seventh to the
thirty second A precincts, inclusive, and the thirty eighth to the
sixty second precincts, inclusive, of the twenty seventh ward, all of
Baltimore City, as said wards and precincts are presently laid out.
TEENTH, SIXTEENTH, TWENTY-FIRST, AND TWENTY-
EIGHTH WARDS OF BALTIMORE CITY, PRECINCTS 1 TO 11,
INCLUSIVE, OF THE TWENTY-FIFTH WARD OF BALTIMORE
CITY, PRECINCTS 35 TO 45, INCLUSIVE, OF THE TWENTY-
SIXTH WARD OF BALTIMORE CITY, AND PRECINCTS 2 TO
36, INCLUSIVE, PRECINCTS 57 TO 75, INCLUSIVE, AND PRE-
CINCTS 81 TO 105, INCLUSIVE, OF THE TWENTY-SEVENTH
WARD OF BALTIMORE CITY AS SAID WARDS AND PRE-
CINCTS WERE LAID OUT ON JANUARY 1, 1963.

166A. The eighth congressional district shall be composed of the
counties of Prince George's, St. Mary's and Charles.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act shall
be construed or applied to affect the seven congressional districts of
Maryland as now existing, on the effective date of this Act, nor the
tenure of the several representatives from these seven districts and of
the representative-at-large. The changes in the several congressional
districts are to be effective for the primary and general elections
scheduled in the year 1964 and thereafter the districts here described
are to be the congressional districts of Maryland at the time the
several representatives elected in 1964 qualify and take office.

Sec. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 381
(Senate Bill 249)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 3(n) of
Article 33 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1962 Supplement),
title "Elections", sub-title "Supervisors of Elections and Em-
ployees", to increase the compensation of the Board of Supervisors
of Elections of Harford County.
