Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 698(d) of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1962 Supplement), title "Natural Resources", sub-title
"Oysters and Clams", be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
with amendments, to read as follows:
698.
(d) It shall be unlawful for any person to take oysters on Sun-
day or between sunset and sunrise on any other day; or to land
oysters earlier than one hour before sunrise or later than one hour
after sunset; or for any buy boat or buy truck to unload oysters
earlier than one hour before sunrise or later than one hour after
sunset unless such cargo of such buy boat or buy truck be ac-
companied by a certificate of inspection issued by an inspector of
the Department of Tidewater Fisheries which certificate shall set
forth the point of origin and time thereof, which time of origin
must have been between sunrise and sunset, and the quantity, in
bushels, of the cargo, in which case such buy boat or buy truck
may be unloaded between sunset and sunrise.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 320
(Senate Bill 366)
AN ACT to add a new Section 420A to Article 81 of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1962 Supplement), title
"Revenue and Taxes", sub-title "Road Tax on Motor Carriers",
to follow immediately after Section 420 thereof, relating to the
furnishing of identifying numbers under the Road Tax on Motor
Carriers Law, and providing that such numbers may SHALL be
required.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 420A be and it is hereby added to Article 81 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1962 Supple-
ment), title "Revenue and Taxes", sub-title "Road Tax on Motor
Carriers", to follow immediately after Section 420 thereof, and to
read as follows:
420 A.
(a) Any person required under this sub-title to make a return,
statement, or other document shall include in such return, state-
ment, or other document such identifying number or numbers as
may be prescribed for securing proper identification of such person.
(b) Any person with respect to whom a return, statement, or
other document is required under this sub-title to be made by
another person shall furnish to such other person such identifying
number as may be prescribed for securing his proper identification.
