Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 302-308, inclusive, of Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland 1950 1930 Edition), title "Calvert County",
sub-title "Taxes", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

Approved February 26, 1963.

CHAPTER 32
(Senate Bill 60)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 309-313, inclusive, of Article 5 of the Code
of Public Locals Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert
County", sub-title "Tobacco", repealing certain unnecessary and
obsolete local laws of Calvert County which relate to the buying,
selling, and growing of tobacco in Calvert County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 309-313, inclusive, of Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County",
sub-title "Tobacco", be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

Approved February 26, 1963.

CHAPTER 33
(Senate Bill 61)

AN ACT to repeal Sections 313A, 313B and 313C of Article 5 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 EDITION), title
"Calvert County", sub-title "Trailers", as said sections were en-
acted by Chapter 565 of 1943, and to repeal said sub-title, repeal-
ing certain obsolete and unnecessary local laws of Calvert County
relating to the licensing of trailers therein.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 313A, 313B and 313C of Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 EDITION), title "Calvert County",
sub-title "Trailers", as said sections were enacted by Chapter 565 of
1943, and that said sub-title be and they are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

Approved February 26, 1963.
