CHAPTER 34
(Senate Bill 62)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 314 and 315 of Article 5 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, (1930 Edition), title "Calvert
County", sub-title "Trespass", and to repeal said sub-title, repealing
certain unnecessary and obsolete laws of Calvert County relating
to trespass upon the premises or private property of any person
therein.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Sections 314 and 315 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-title
"Trespass", and that said sub-title be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 35
(Senate Bill 63)
AN ACT to repeal Section 281A of Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County",
sub-title "Sheriff", as said section was enacted by Chapter 550 of
the Acts of 1947, repealing an obsolete and unnecessary local law
of Calvert County concerning the payment of the salary and of
certain expenses of the sheriff of Calvert County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 281A of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert County", sub-title "Sheriff",
as said section was enacted by Chapter 550 of the Acts of 1947, be
and it is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(Senate Bill 64)
AN ACT to repeal Sections 164-167, inclusive, of Article 5 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930 Edition), title "Calvert
County", sub-title "Jurors", and to repeal said sub-title, repealing
certain obsolete and unnecessary local laws of Calvert County,
relating to the selection, duties, and compensation of jurors.
