repealed; and that Sections 174A-174R of said Article and sub-title,
as enacted by Chapter 544 of the Acts of 1935, and that said sub-title,
be and they are hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 30
(Senate Bill 58)
AN ACT to repeal Section 222 of Article 5 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland (1930 EDITION), title "Calvert County",
sub-title "Orphans' Court", as said section was amended by Chap-
ter 297 of the Acts of 1933, and to repeal said sub-title, repealing
an obsolete and unnecessary local law of Calvert County concern-
ing the compensation of the judges of the Orphans' Court of
Calvert County.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 222 of Article 5 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 EDITION), title "Calvert County", sub-title
"Orphans' Court", as said section was amended by Chapter 297 of
the Acts of 1933, and that said sub-title, be and they are hereby
repealed, as follows:
[ORPHANS' COURT]
[222. The Judges of the Orphans' Court of Calvert County shall
receive a salary of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) each per
annum, to be paid to them in equal quarterly instalments by the
County Commissioners of said county.]
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 302-308, inclusive, of Article 5 of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1950 1930 Edition), title
"Calvert County", sub-title "Taxes", repealing certain unnecessary
and obsolete local laws of Calvert County relating to the sale of
cord wood, fence rails, or other timber for the payment of taxes in
Calvert County.
