including development for recreation and protection of wild life.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 263
(Senate Bill 512)

AN ACT to repeal Section 105 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Allegany County (1955 Edition), being Article 1 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County", sub-title
"County Treasurer", and to enact a new Section 105 in lieu thereof
to stand in the place of the section so repealed, amending the local
laws of Allegany County concerning tax sales and the expenses
which may be charged as costs against the property sold.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 105 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Allegany
County (1955 Edition), being Article 1 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, title "Allegany County", sub-title "County
Treasurer", be and it is hereby repealed; and that new Section 105
be and it is hereby enacted in lieu thereof, to stand in the place of
the section so repealed, and to read as follows:

105. Every collector making sale of property for the payment
of taxes shall be entitled to charge as costs against the property sold
all expenses incurred in the making thereof, including, but not lim-
ited to, Court costs, recording fees, newspaper advertising, surveys
when necessary, posting fees, and mileage and an attorney's fee not
exceeding twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for the attorney to the tax
collector, which fee shall include the preparation of the deed.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal Sections 148A to 148D, inclusive, of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Allegany County (1959 1955 Edition, being
Article 1 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland), title
"Allegany County", sub-title "Fire Companies", sub-heading "La
Vale Fire Area", AS SAID SECTIONS WERE ADDED BY
CHAPTER 249 OF THE ACTS OF 1959, repealing obsolete and
