(c)   One member from the Retail Beer Association of Cecil County
to be chosen by the members of said Association;

(d)   One member from the Restaurant and Beverage Association
of Cecil County to be chosen by said Association;

(e)   One member from the Veterans Service Clubs in Cecil County
to be chosen by the State Senator;

(f)   Four members to be chosen by the State Senator from the gen-
eral public of Cecil County.

The chairman of the Committee shall be selected by the members
at their first meeting.

3. The County Commissioners of Cecil County are requested to
co-ordinate and arrange for the first meeting of the Committee and
provide the necessary facilities and any other assistance they deem
appropriate; and be it further

Resolved, That the Committee make a report of its findings and
recommendations to the members of the General Assembly from Cecil
County prior to January 1, 1965; and be it further

Resolved, That copies of this Resolution be sent to the County
Commissioners of Cecil County, the Retail Beer Association of Cecil
County, the Restaurant and Beverage Association of Cecil County,
and the veterans' service clubs in Cecil County.

(House Joint Resolution 69)

House Joint Resolution requesting the State Roads Commission to
prepare mosaic property plans showing proposed roads and ad-
jacent property when property is to be taken for road construction.

Whereas, Under current procedure the State Roads Commission
when it acquires property for highway purposes files with the Clerk
of the appropriate Court right of way plats showing the area to be
taken, and

Whereas, These plats do not show the location of such area in
relation to the entire tract from which the land needed is taken, and

Whereas, Under this procedure it is difficult, if not impossible,
for a title searcher or other interested person to determine how the
taking affects the remainder of the property, and

Whereas, Under the present procedure it is difficult for the County
real estate Assessor to determine the assessed value of the land taken
since it is not shown in relation to the remaining property, and

Whereas, It is considered desirable in cases where the highway
is built on a new location for the State Roads Commission to file with
the several Court Clerks a property mosaic or "Right of Way Prop-
