22-36.

The Commission is hereby empowered to pay the premium on all
bonds. The Executive Director, Secretary and the Treasurer shall
give bond to the State of Maryland to the amount of Twenty-Five
Thousand Dollars ($25,000), with a good and sufficient surety. The
said bonds, when approved, shall be recorded in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County; and the persons
so appointed before entering upon the duties of their offices, shall
take an oath before the Clerk of the Circuit Court for said County,
in form similar to that taken by collectors of taxes, except as to title
of office.

SEC. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, THAT THE PER-
SONS HOLDING POSITIONS AS MEMBERS OF THE ANNE
ARUNDEL SANITARY COMMISSION PRIOR TO THE EFFEC-
TIVE DATE OF THIS ACT SHALL NO LONGER HOLD SUCH
POSITIONS AS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT AND
THAT THE FIRST APPOINTMENTS TO BE MADE UNDER
THE AUTHORITY OF THIS ACT SHALL BE MADE EFFEC-
TIVE AS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THIS ACT.

Sec. 2. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 900
(Senate Bill 545)

AN ACT to add new Section 21-3 to the Anne Arundel County Code—
1957 (being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Mary-
land), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Chapter 21—
Trailers", to follow immediately after Section 21-2 thereof, to
prohibit licensing of new trailer parks or extensions of existing
parks in the fourth election district of Anne Arundel County for
a certain period, and to prohibit possession or location of trailers
in the district except in a trailer coach park. AS PROVIDED
HEREIN.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 21-3 be and it is hereby added to the Anne Arundel
County Code—1957 (being Article 2 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland), title "Anne Arundel County", sub-title "Chapter 21—
Trailers", to follow immediately after Section 21-2 thereof, and to
read as follows:

21-3.

From and after June 1, 1963, in the fourth election district of the
county, in order to protect the public welfare and safety of residents
of the fourth district, no new applications for licensing as a trailer
coach park and no extension of any licensed trailer coach park shall
be approved by the County Commissioners until the expiration of
the five year period ending on June 1,1968. , or until after the effec-
