$750.00 per year. The judges of the Orphans' Court for Howard
County shall receive an allowance for traveling expenses of four hun-
dred and eighty dollars ($480.00) per year. The judges of the
Orphans' Court for Somerset County shall receive an allowance of
six dollars ($6.00) for mileage for every day's attendance upon the
sessions of said court.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 159 (h)
(5) of Article 2B of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edi-
tion) , title "Alcoholic Beverages," subtitle "County Liquor Control
Boards and Dispensaries," to increase the compensation of the
members of the Liquor Control Board of Somerset County AND
TO REPEAL AND RE-ENACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SEC-
TION 51 (R) OF ARTICLE 25 OF THE SAID CODE (1957 EDI-
TION), TITLE "COUNTY COMMISSIONERS," SUBTITLE
"COUNTY TREASURERS," AND TO REPEAL AND RE-EN-
ACT, WITH AMENDMENTS, SECTION 365 OF ARTICLE 20
OF THE CODE OF PUBLIC LOCAL LAWS (1930 EDITION),
TITLE "SOMERSET COUNTY," SUBTITLE "REVENUE AND
TAXES," AS LAST AMENDED BY CHAPTER 541 OF THE
ACTS OF 1959, TO INCREASE THE COMPENSATION OF THE
MEMBERS OF THE LIQUOR CONTROL BOARD OF SOMER-
SET COUNTY, TO INCREASE THE EXPENSE ALLOWANCE
OF THE TREASURER OF THE COUNTY AND TO INCREASE
THE SALARY OF THE DEPUTY TREASURER OF THE
COUNTY.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

"REVENUE AND TAXES," AS LAST AMENDED BY CHAPTER
541 OF THE ACTS OF 1959, BE AND THEY ARE hereby repealed
and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:
