travel allowance of judges of the Orphans' Court in Prince
George's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 255 (c) of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Mary-
land (1957 Edition and 1962 Supplement), title "Testamentary Law,"
subtitle "Orphans' Court," be and it is hereby repealed and re-
enacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

255.

(c) Until December 6, 1966, [Each] each of the judges of the
Orphans' Court for Prince George's County shall receive the sum
of eighteen dollars ($18.00) for every day's attendance upon the
sessions of said court, plus an allowance for traveling expenses of
[three hundred dollars ($300.00) per year, payable quarterly.]
twelve hundred dollars ($1,200.00) per year, payable monthly; and
after December 6, 1966, each of the judges of the Orphans' Court for
Prince George's County shall receive the sum of thirty-six dollars
($36.00) for every day's attendance upon the sessions of said court,
not to exceed $5,400 in any year, but shall not be entitled to receive
further or other allowance or expense money.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 255 (e)
of Article 93 of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1962 Supple-
ment), title "Testamentary Law," subtitle "Orphans' Court," to
increase the expense allowance of the judges of the Orphans' Court
of Queen Anne's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

sum of eight dollars ($8.00) for every day's attendance upon the
