(b) Each applicant for such license shall pay annually a licensing
fee of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or Twenty-Five Dollars
($25.00) for a one-day license for the day designated. Such license
upon issuance shall not be transferable. The application for such
license shall contain the following information concerning the appli-
cant: Name; address; name and address of employer, if not self-
employed; age; color of skin; color of eyes; color of hair; height;
weight; and, general description of type of merchandise to be sold.
THE LICENSE SHALL HAVE ATTACHED THERETO, AS A
PART OF SAID LICENSE, A RECENTLY TAKEN PHOTO-
GRAPH OF THE LICENSEE. THE ALTERATION OR REMOVAL
OF ANY PART OF SAID LICENSE SHALL BE CONSIDERED A
VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION.

(C) ANY VIOLATION OF THIS SECTION SHALL BE
DEEMED A MISDEMEANOR AND UPON CONVICTION, SUCH
VIOLATOR SHALL BE SUBJECT TO A FINE OF $500.00 OR IM-
PRISONMENT IN THE COUNTY JAIL FOR A TERM NOT IN
EXCESS OF 30 DAYS OR BOTH FINE AND IMPRISONMENT,
ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE TO THE CON-
TRARY NOTWITHSTANDING.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 679
(House Bill 512)

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 47 of
Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland (1930
Edition), title "St. Mary's County," subtitle "County Commis-
sioners," as said section was last amended by Chapter 738 of the
Acts of 1961, providing an annual salary for the attorney to the
County Commissioners of St. Mary's County.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 47 of Article 19 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland (1930 Edition), title "St. Mary's County," subtitle "County
Commissioners," as said section was last amended by Chapter 738 of
the Acts of 1961, be and it is hereby repealed and re-enacted, with
amendments, to read as follows:

47.

The President of the County Commissioners of St. Mary's County
shall receive a salary of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) per year,
and the other Commissioners shall receive a salary of Two Thousand
Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) per year. The attorney to the
County Commissioners of St. Mary's County shall receive a salary of
Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) per year.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act is hereby declared
to be an emergency measure and necessary for the immediate pres-
