BARS OR COUNTERS. IN ALL CASES WHEREIN A CLOSING
TIME IS INDICATED IN THIS SUBSECTION NO LICENSEE
SHALL PERMIT THE DRINKING OF ANY ALCOHOLIC BEV-
ERAGE IN OR ON HIS PREMISES AFTER FIFTEEN (15) MIN-
UTES FOLLOWING THE CLOSING TIME INDICATED.

(b)   Holders of "off sale" licenses under this article shall only
sell, offer for sale, or dispense the beverages defined in this article
between the hours of 8 o'clock a.m. and 11 o'clock p.m. on Monday
through Saturday, and at no other time.

(c)   The hours established in this subtitle for the sale of alcoholic
beverages in Carroll County are hereby declared to be in accordance
with Eastern Standard Time where WHEN such time is effective, and
the hours are declared to be in accordance with daylight time when
such time is effective.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(House Bill 825)

AN ACT to add new Section 707 (m) to Article 66C of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1962 Supplement), title
"Natural Resources," subtitle "Oysters and Clams," to follow im-
mediately after Section 707 (1) thereof, to authorize the Depart-
ment of Tidewater Fisheries to resurvey the tidal waters of the
State to determine the position and extent of natural oyster bars,
clam beds or crab beds and relating to the manner and effect of
such resurveys.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,

That new Section 707 (m) be and it is hereby added to Article 66C
of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition and 1962 Supple-
ment), title "Natural Resources," subtitle "Oysters and Clams," to
follow immediately after Section 707 (1) thereof, and to read as
follows:

707.

(m) The Department of Tidewater Fisheries may AND THE
NATURAL RESOURCES INSTITUTE SHALL, at any time here-
after, resurvey any of the submerged areas of this State for the
purpose of determining the position and extent of any natural oyster
bars, clam beds, or crab beds. If, upon such resurvey, the Depart-
ment finds that natural oyster beds, clam beds, or crab beds be incor-
rectly located on existing charts, or that the existing charts do not
reflect the actual condition of the bottoms at the time of the resurvey,
the said Department of Tidewater Fisheries shall amend such charts
or prepare new charts and shall cause to be marked or defined as
accurately as possible thereon the correct location and bounds of all
natural oyster bars, clam beds, crab beds, then existing in the area
