statement, or other document shall include in such return, statement,
or other document such identifying number or numbers as may be
prescribed for securing proper identification of such person.

(b)   Any person with respect to whom a return, statement, or
other document is required under this subtitle to be made by another
person shall furnish to such other person such identifying number as
may be prescribed for securing his proper identification.

(c)   Any person required under this subtitle to make a return,
statement, or other document with respect to another person shall
request from such other person, and shall include in any such return,
statement, or other document, such identifying number as may be
prescribed for securing proper identification of such other person.

(d)   For purposes of this subsection, the comptroller is authorized
to require such information as may be necessary to assign an identi-
fying number to any person.

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

CHAPTER 623
(House Bill 642)

AN ACT to add new Section 151A to Article 66C of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1962 Supplement), title "Natural Resources,"
subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," to follow immedi-
ately after Section 151 thereof, making body booting anywhere in
the State lawful, and prescribing requirements for a body booting
license and a body booting rig.
PERMITTING BODY BOOTING
FOR WILD WATERFOWL IN THE TIDAL WATERS OF HAR-
FORD COUNTY, EXCEPTING THE SUSQUEHANNA FLATS,
THEREFROM, AND PRESCRIBING REQUIREMENTS FOR
BODY BOOTING LICENSES AND RIGS IN HARFORD
COUNTY.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That new Section 151A be and it is hereby added to Article 66C of
the Annotated Code of Maryland (1962 Supplement), title "Natural
Resources," subtitle "Birds, Game and Inland Water Fish," to follow
immediately after Section 151 thereof, and to read as follows:

151A.

It shall be lawful to hunt wild waterfowl by body booting IN THE
TIDAL WATERS OF HARFORD COUNTY, EXCEPT AS PRO-
VIDED HEREIN. Body booting shall be defined as hunting wild
waterfowl while standing in the water; and a body booter shall be
defined as a person who hunts wild waterfowl while standing in the
water. A body booter must maintain and possess a valid hunting
license. Further, a body booting rig, which may consist of a boat of
any dimension and an accompanying number of decoys, shall also be
