149A.
(a) For the purposes of this Act, SECTION, "cancer" means all
malignant neoplasms regardless of the tissue of origin, including but
not limited to malignant lymphoma and leukemia.
(b) No person, other than a duly licensed medical physician or
dentist, shall in any manner hold himself out to any other person as
being able to prescribe treatment for, or cure the disease of cancer.
(c) No person, other than a duly licensed medical physician or
dentist, shall in any manner undertake to treat, or prescribe for the
treatment of the disease of cancer.
(d) No person shall sell or offer to sell, or give away, except upon
the prescription of a duly licensed medical physician or dentist, any
drug, medicine, compound, nostrum or device which is represented
by the manufacturer or seller thereof to have curative powers when
used in the treatment of the disease of cancer.
(e) Nothing contained herein shall be construed to impose any
limitation upon the free exercise of religion in this State.
(f) Any person, firm or corporate body who shall violate the
provisions of this sub-heading, Sections 149B to 149D SECTION
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall upon conviction thereof,
be fined not more than $5,000.00 or be imprisoned in the House of
Correction for not more than five (5) years or be both fined and
imprisoned in the discretion of the Court.
Sec. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
June 1, 1963.

(Senate Bill 130)
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, Section 113 of
Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957 Edition),
title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game and Inland Water
Fish", sub-heading "Commission", revising the law concerning the
Game and Inland Fish Commission with particular respect to pay-
ments to members of the Commission for traveling expenses and
subsistence and to meeting places for the Commission.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That Section 113 of Article 66C of the Annotated Code of Maryland
(1957 Edition), title "Natural Resources", sub-title "Birds, Game
and Inland Water Fish", sub-heading "Commission", be and it is
hereby repealed and re-enacted, with amendments, to read as fol-
lows:
113.
(a) A Commission to be known as the Game and Inland Fish Com-
mission is hereby created. The Commission shall consist of five
