This Indenture made this Twenty Ninth Day of Novembr in the year
Miller and Martha his wife of Kent County in the Province of Mary-
of the other part Wittnesseth that the said Michaell Miller for and in
paid by the sd Daniell Norris att and before the Ensealing and Delivery
and Confess, and thereof and of Every part and parcell thereof Doth
Daniell Norris his Heires Executrs and admrs and Every of them for
him the sd Michaell thereunto Especially moveing he the sd Michaell
his wife, Testified by her being made a party ot these psence and signing
Enfeoffed and Confirmed, and by these psence doth fully, freely
unto the sd Daniell Norris his Heires and assignes for ever, Twenty
Beginning at a marked white oake standing on a Creek running of
West and by South Line of a Tract of Land called Godlington being
Tree North East by North Thirty Pearches, till it Intersect a Tract
and with the sd Land North West ffifty Six pearches till it Intersect
mans Land Southwest by South Ninety Six pearches to a bound-
Creeke aforesd and from thence down the sd Creek East by North
underwoods, Timber and Trees profitts Comodities and appurtenances
and alsoe all the Estate, Right, Title, and Interest Profitts Claimes
unto the same or any part or pcell thereof To have and to
the pmises, hereby granted, Bargained and sold or herein mention-
Norris his Heires and assignes for ever; and the sd Michaell Mi-
grant to and wth the sd Michaell Miller his Heires Executrs and admrs
shall and will for ever hereafter warrant and Defend by these
Propriator always Excepted and foreprised, and further that the
shall and will from time to time and at all times hereafter
and Costs in the Law of him the sd Daniell Norris his Heires or
made, Done, Executed & suffered all and Every such further and other
whatsoever requisitte in the pmises, for the better and firmer
Norris his Heires and assignes for ever; be it by Inrolement
way or means as by him the sd Daniell Norris his Heires or
Devised, advised, or required In Wittness whereof the said
their hands & seals the Day and year above written

In the psence of
Giles Bond         The above Deed was Indorsed
    4:9:73         Vidzt November: 29 th 1705 Then Came
     1:5:04         named Michaell Miller and acknow-
Chr: Philipson   the uses therein menconed; Like
                      the sd Michaell and being examd:
                      That the within Land was Sold and
                      and that she renounced all her right
                      Desired the same might be Entered upon
