of our Lord Christ One Thousand Seaven Hundred five Betweene Michael
land of the one part And Daniell Norris of the same County and Province
Consideration of the sume of ffive Hundred Pounds of Tobacco to him in hand
of the prsence the receipt whereof the sd Michaell doth hereby acknowledge
hereby clearely and absolutely acquitt Exonerate and Discharge the said
ever by these psence, and for Divers other good Causes and Considerations
Miller by and wth the Consent and approbation of the sd Martha Miller
and Sealeing of the same hath Given, Granted, bargained, Sold, Aliened,
and absolutely Give, Grant, Bargaine, Sell, Alien, Enfeoffe and Confirme
oen acres of Land Lyeing and being in the County of Kent aforesaid
of Chester River called Godlington Creek being the end of the south
now in the possession of Arthur Miller, and running from the said
of Land called East huntington formerly taken up by Andrew Skinner
a Tract of Land laid out for Doctor Tilghman and wth the sd Tilgh-
Oak of a Tract of Land Called Tilghmans ffarm standing Godlington
Seaventy Eight pearches to the ffirst bounded Tree wth all Woods,
whatsoever, to the sd Land belonging or in any wise appertaineing
and Demand whatsoever of him the sd Michaell Miller of in or
hold the sd Twenty one acres of Land and all and singular other
ed or Intended to be Granted, Bargained and Sold unto the sd Daniell
ler for himselfe his Heires Executrs and admrs Doth promise and
that he the sd Michaell Miller his Heires Executrs and admrs
and any Claimeing from by and under him or any of them
the psence; the rents and services hereafter to become Due to the Lord
said Michaell Miller and Martha his wife their Heires and assignes
Dureing the space of Seaven years at the request and at the Charge
assignes Make, Do, acknowledge, Execute and suffer or cause to be
Act or Acts, thing or things, Device or devices assurance or assurances
Conveying & more Suremakeing of the sd pmises unto the sd Daniell
of ye sd pmises, fine, feofment, or other wise or by any such lawfull
assignes or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be reasonably
