with the appurtenances, are hereby fully released and Invested in & and their only proper use and behoofe, and to no other Intent meaning have hereunto Interchangeably sett their hands and seals the Day and Sealed & Delivered Endorsd on ye back of [illegible] in the prsence of The within named James John Lillington The within Deed to and for C Wright Jos: Lambert --------------------------------------------------------------------- --------------------------------------------------------------------- This Indenture made the Seven and Twentyeth day of November of Maryland Chirurgion of the one part, and Richd Hynson of Talbot Wittnesseth that the said Richd Hynson for and in Consideration of paid, by the af:sd Edwd Chetham, the recpt whereof he the sd Richd and parcle thereof, doth clearly and absolutely acqutt and Discharge the these prsents, and for Divers Considerations him the said Richd Hynson aprobation of Esther his wife, Testified by her being made party to the sold, Aliened, Enfeoffed and Confirmed, and by these prsets doth Confirme unto the sd Edwd Chetham his Heires and assignes all these ffive mojty or halfe part of a Tract of Land of one Thousand Acres called or kno and Francis Shepherd in Joynt Tenancies (this sd mojety or halfe part as by a Deed from sd Shepherd to sd Johnson more fully doth appear) Beg a marked Pock Hickery tree, running East Three Hundred and Twenty Then West Three Hundred and Twenty prches: Then north Two Hundred ffive Hundred Acres more or Less, Together with all and singular houses Timber trees and all other trees, wayes, waters, profitts, Comodities with all ap appertaining, and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders wrightings &ca Touching or Concerning the same, or any part or parcle there prmises hereby mentioned; to be given, bargained, sold, aliened Enfeoffed & and Cleare; and freely and Clearely, acquitted and discharged of and from all other and Especially of and from the Dower, of the sd Esther his now wife, [illegible] due, and payable to the Chiefe Lord and or Lords of the ffee or ffees only Excepted Covenant, grant and agree to and with the sd Edwd Chetham his Heires and he the sd Edwd Chetham his Heires and assignes from time to time and at possess, and Enjoye, the sd Tract of Land and prmises with their and every the sd Richd Hynson his Heires Exrs or assignes or by any other person or persons shall and will for ever warrant and Defend, the same against all man[ner/] and Demand, that he hath, may, might, or of right ought to have in fully released the invested in and upon the sd Edwd Chetham his and to no other Intent, meaning or Construction whatsoever, In: Wittness hands and seales the Day and year ffirst above written Sealed and Delivered in the prsence of John Lillington The above Deed was Endorsed on Jos: Lambert Novemb 28: 1705 Then Came into and acknowledged the within Deed to Likewise Esther Hynson wife of [illegible] Did acknowledge that the within Land and that she freely and willingly wthin Land and desired the same |
