bargaines, sales, Leases, fforfeitures Joyntures, Surrenders Rents and
shall become due and payable to the Chiefe Lord or Lords of the ffee
for himselfe and his Heires Covenant, grant and agree to and with the
prsents in manner and forme following; That he the said Edwd
Chetham
hereafter shall and may quietly and peaceably have, hold, use, posess and
purtenances, without the lett, suite trouble, or disturbance of him the said
Claimeing or to Claime by from or under him or any of them, shall and will
