This Indenture made ye
Day of March in
Betweene Robert Hill of Kent County of ye part And Jno
the said Robert Hill hath and by these Presents doth unto
from the Day of the Date hereof untill Three whole years
Woolnar Hamton Containeing Two Hundred Acres more
And do hereby acknowledge him the said Jno Dowdall in
Presents Release unto him the said Jno Dowdall his Heires
his Heires all the Remainder of the said Estate To have
Condition vidzt Whereas the said Robert Hill have past
money of old England if the said Bills be Honored And
to be voide And of none Efect Otherwise to stand Rem[ai?]

This Indenture made the Six and Twentyeth Day of Novembr
Province of Maryland Gent on ye one Parte and Edwd
Cjetja,
that the same James Lloyde for and in Consideration of the sume
paid by the said Edward Chetham before the sealing and Deliv-
hereby acknowledge; and thereof doth fully clearely and absolutely acquitt
them for ever; By these Presents doth fully grant bargaine, sell,
Bargained, Sold Released, Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto the said Edward
called ffloyde Park Timberland Lyeing in Kent Cty on the west side
north west side of a Tract of Land Called Loyds Park, Beginning at
and running thence with the afsd Land north East Three Hundred
from the beginning of the south west Line of a parcell of Land
said Land Three Hundred and Eighty prches, Thence south East Two
to the afforsaid marked white oake; Containing and laid our for ffour
Tobacco houses, orchards, gardens woods underwoods, Timber and
all appurtunances whatsoever, to the said parcle of Land belonging
and remainders of all and singular the sd prmisses, and all Deeds
part of parcle thereof; To have and to hold the said parcle of Land
Bargained Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed unto the sd Edwd Chetham
arrrearages of rents; The rents and services which henceforth
or ffees only Excepted and foreprized; and the said James Loyde doth
sd Edwd Chetham His Heires or assignes, and Every of them by these
his Heires and assignes, form time to time and att all times forever
Enjoye the said Tract of Land and prmises with their and Every of their ap-
James Loyde his Heires or assignes or by any other Person or Persons whatsoever
forever warrant and defend; the same against all manner of Persons
[torn] he hath may might or of right ought to have in [illegible]
