of the said Robert Smith doth hereby acknowledge & Confesse acquitt Exonerate and discharge the said Timothy Mynah his Heires other divers good Causes & Considerations him the said Robert Especially Enfoeffed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth fully freely and irme unto the said Timothy Mynah his Heires and Assignes Part of and on the South Side of Chester River Lyeing on part of the Red Lyon at a marked Oake on the North Side of the Roads Running thence Sixty Perches then North East One Hundred Perches The north west to To have and to Hold the afforesaid Tract of Land together with all chards and all other the appurtinances thereunto belonging to the and assignes for Ever free and Cleare and freely and clearely from and discharged of and from all former Claimes, Gifts, Grants, Sales, henceforth shall grow Due and Payable to the Chiefe Lord or ther the said Robert doth for himselfe and his Heires Covenant assignes and to and with Every of them by these Presents of their appurtenances are free and Cleare from all Incumberances these Presents Bind himselfe his Heires Exrs & admrs to save Heires and assignes against all manner of Persons whatsoever for Ever quitt Claime ffreely and fully Release all the Right hath or of right might or ought by any wayes or meanes to have Mynah his Heires and assignes for ever to his and their only doth for himselfe and his Heires ffarther Covenant and agree to make do Execute and Suffer or Cause to be made done Executed ance or Conveyances Requisitt in the prmises as he the said ed in the Law shall reasonably devise advise or require In Indentures have Interchangeably their hands and ffixed their
