This Indenture made the Sixth Day of Xber
and ffive made Bettweene William Sweatnam and
Smith of Talbot County of the other part Wittnessethyt
land acres of Land to him Delivered and whereof he now st[ands?]
Creeke in Chester River Comonly called and known by the
and Considerations him thereunto more Especially moveing
Bargaine, sell, Exchange Enfeoffe and Confirme from him
Heires or assignes for Ever, all that percell and Tract of
County Comonly called and knowne by the name of
lineall descent to his Son and Heir, William Hemsley and
same Land is Conveyed unto Richard Sweatnam his Heirs
And by the Last Will and Testament of him the said Rich-
Sweatnam and his Heires as by the said Last Will and
the said William and Hannah his wife have and by these
his Heires or his assignes all the whole Estate, Right, Title
might or of Right ought to hve In:aff or to the aforesaid
Bounded Vidzt Beginning at a marked Oak upon the forke
Hundred Perches then South Three Hundred and Sixty Perches
Containe Nine Hundred acres as by the Patten appears
with all and Singular the houses, ffences, gardens, orchards
unto him the said Robert Smith his Heires or his assignes
Linneall or Intayle, And the said William Sweatnam doth
to and with the said Robert Smith his Heires or his assignes
Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Claime, and Demand which he
Deeds, Evidences touching or Concerning the same is now and
In and upon him ye sd Robert Smith his Heires or assignes
the lett, Trouble or deniall of him the said William Sweat-
assent consent or prcurement or any other person or persons
all former gifts, grants, Joyntore and Incumberances what
Rents and arrears of Rent acquitted and paid to the Day of
