at a marked Oake Standing near a marsh E:S:E: ffifty Pearches to a marked oake on a point> North West ffifty Perches then with a straight Line to the first singular Houses, Woods, underwoods, Timber Trees and Other [Trees?] to the said Hundred acres of Land and Premises belonging or in ainder and remainders thereof and all Deeds, writeings, and Es??? part of Parcell thereof To have and to hold the said Hundred with their and Every of their Rights, members, and appurtenances proper use and Behoofe of the said William Bolton his Heires his Heires the said one Hundred acres of Land and Premisses unto him the said William Hollinsworth and his Heires and all Persons any of them and against all and Every of them shall and will warrant and for ever Defend by these Presents And Covenant grant and agree to and with the said William Bolton in manner and forme following That he the said William Bolton forever hereafter shall and may quietly and peaceably have hold and prmisses with their and Every of their appurtenances with the said William Hollinsworth his Heires or any Person or Persons any of them or of any other Person or Persons whatsoever and onerated and discharged of and from all and all manner of former of dower(and especially of and from the Dower of the said Hannah due and Payable to the Chiefe Lord or Lords of the ffee or ffees of and Incumberances whatsoever had, made, Committted, done the said William Hollinsworth or his Heires or any Person or any of them or by any other Person or Persons whatsoever And Executrs and administratrs doth Covenant and agree to and with them by these Presents that he hte said William Hollinsworth his Lawfully haveing or Claimeing or which hereafter shall or may Interest or demand into or out of the Premisses or any part or p worth his Heires or assignes shall and will from time to time request and at the cost and Charges in the Law of the said William Levy Execute and suffer or cause to be made, Done performed further Lawfull and reasonable act and acts thing and things veyances in the Law whatsoever for the further better and of all singular the before hereby granted or mentioned to be and appurtenances unto the said William Bolton his Heires assignes or by his or their Councill Learned in the Law shall be liam Hollinsworth or his Heires or such other Person as not Compelled or Compellable to Travell further then the makeing thereof and yt the said William Hollinsworth at hath full Power and good Right and Lawfull authority to hereby granted Premisses with their and Every of their Right Heires and assignes in manner and forme aforesaid In Witt- have interchangably set their hands & seals ye Day & year first above written
