?br 28th 1705 Then came Anthony Charnock and made oath in open court that he saw ye wth Deed & Letter of attorney signd seald & Delivered in Due form Lumley Clk ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Requireing Masters of Ships to Publish their ffraught that I James Thomas Master of the Ship Dunckley now [ta]ke Tobacco on Board my said Ship or ffraught at Sixteene [?]nyr 1705 p Lumley ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ quiring Masters of Ships to Publish their ffraught James Jackson Master of the Ship Chester Marcht now take tobacco on board my said ship or ffraught at Sixteene Janyr 1705 p Lumley ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ annaque Domini one Thousand Seven Hundred & Two made part and Robert Smith of the same county gent of the other deration to him in hand paid before the sealing & Delivering himselfe therewith and of Every Part and Parcell thereof fully - acquitt and fully Discharge ye sd Robert Smith his Heires and for Divers good Causes and Considerations him the sd John and by these prsents doth give grant Bargaine sell alien unto him the said Robert Smith his Heires & assignes and called Emereis Fortune situate on the Braches of Wey of Talbot Deceased Butted & Bounded as by deed thereof made unto George Tryall Containing Two Hundred acres more or Benefits thereunto belonging Royall Mines Excepted To have with all and singular the houses ffences gardens orchards freely & clearely acquitted from all Incumbrances what- [acq]uitt claim and Released all the whole Estate Right Title and the aforesd Deed to my ffather made, unto ye sd Rober Smith [as?] if ye said Deed had never been made to his and their only --ll of him ye sd John or his Heires or from or under him them or any of them shall and will --rvices which henceforth shall grow Due & payable to the -ore prized In Wittness whereof we the Parties to these psent fixed our seals the Day and yeare ffirst above written Seald & Delv John [mark] Long {seal} p Lumley |
