In persuance of an act of assembly of this Province
these are to Certifie all whome it doth or may Concern
rideing at Anchor in Chester River in Kent County doe
Pounds Sterl p Tunn Wittness my hand this 23d Day

    This indenture made the fivetenth day of June
Betweene John Tryall of Talbot County Planter of the one
Part Witnesseth yt ye sd John for a valluable Conside
hereof the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge and
Satisfied, Contented and paid and doe by these Presents Eondr
Executrs administratrs and Every of them by these p:sents
thereunto more Especially moveing have given granted
Infeoff & Confirm from him and his Heires forever
forever, all that Parcell of Land being Part of a Tract of
River in Talbot County fformerly sould unto George Tryall
Sealed & Delivered and acknowledged by ye sd Robert Smith
less; Together will all and singular the Rights Profitts
and to hold ye said Two Hundred acres of Land together
and appurtenances thereunto belonging ffree and Clear
forever; and do by these prsents for myselfe & my Heires
Interest Claime and Demand that I now have by vertue
his Heires or Assinges in as full Large and ample man[ner]
Proper use & behoofe forever without the Lett Trouble or Den
any other any other Person or Persons Lawfully claimeing
forever warrt and Defend by these prsents the Rents and
Chiefe Lord or Ladys of the ffee or ffees only Excepted and
Indentures have Interchangeably set to our hands and
  Seald and Delivered
