This Indenture made the 28th Day of March in the
Betweene James Wroth of Kent County in the Province
other Parte Wittnesseth that the said James Wroth for
of Tobco To him in hand Paid by the said John Griffith
Receipt whereof the sd James Wroth doth hereby Ac-
Parcell thereof doth hereby clearely and Absolutely
his Heires Execturs and administratrs and Everyone
and Considerations him the said Wroth thereunto
the Consent and approbation of Mary Wroth his
and sealing the same, Hath Given, Granted, Bargained, Sold, Ali=
and absolutely give, grant, Bargaine, Sell, Alien, Eenfeoffe
one Hundred Acres of Land being part of A Tract of ffour Hun-
aforesd and conveyed to me by Samuell Tovey Son and Heir to
of one Hundred Acres of Land sold by me out of the said Tract
one Hundred and fifty Pearches and from the End of the Northeast
a Line Drawne south west one Hundred and ffifty Pearches Till
Ambroses his Land South East one Hundred & Seven Pearches
Hundred acres more or Less, Together wth all Woods, under
Comodities, Hereditaments and Apurtenances Whatsoever
taining, and all the Estate, Right, Title, Interest, Claim
or to ye sd One Hundred Acres of Land wth the appurtenances
use and behoofe of the said John Griffith his Heires & Assigns
these prseises Defend and the said James Wroth doth of
Promise and Grant to an wth the sd John Griffith his
ffollowing, That is to say, That he the said James Wroth
stands seized of a sure firm and Indefesable Estate of and
Right and Lawfull Authority to Convey and assure the
and that he the sd John Griffith his Heirs and Assignes
have, hold, occupie, and Enjoye the sd Bargained pmises
Eviction, Ejection, or mollestation of him the sd James Wroth
ffreed from all Incumberances whatsoever, and Lastly he the
at ye Reasonable Request Costs and Charges in the Law of
Doe, acknowledge, Levy, Execute and finish all and Every
and Things Conveyances or further assurances in Law
Premises to the sd John Griffith his Heires and assignes
Councill Learned in the Law shall be Reasonably required
and of Right to be paid to the Lord or Lords of the ffee
the said James Wroth and Mary his wife have here-
written
