of the Reign of our Soveraigne Lady Queen Anne & in ye
five Betweene William Persifull of the one Part and
other Part Wittnesseth yt ye said William Persifull of his
operation in hand paid all and before the sealing and Delivering
whereof, he yt sd Willm Persifull doth acknowledge
& of Every part & parsell thereof doth fully Clearely & absolutely
his Heires Executors & administrators for Ever by these Presents
firmed and by these Presents doth fully clearely and absolutely
Michaell Miller his Heires & assignes for Ever, all that
creeke in Kent COunty formerly belonging unto my Deceased
ffive acres as may further appear by the Buttels & Bounds in
January in the ffirst year of ye Dominion of Charles
1676 wch sd Dividend of Land is no in ye Tenor & occupation
Rights Membrs Jurisdictions & appurenances whatsoever
remander in or to the Premises with all Deeds Writeings
concerning the Premises or any part of them yt sd Dividend or
[M]assage or Tenement with all and Singular ye Premises hereby granted
granted Bargained & Sold with their and Every of their Rights
or his Heires or assignes to ye only Proper use of ye sd Michaell
Persifull his Heires & assignes ye Rents wch shall henceforth
excepted & for hiimself his Heires & administrators yt he shall
him ye sd Michaell Miller his Heires or assignes, or his or
require and finally the sd William for himselfe his
hereby granted and all and singular the before mentioned
assignes & from him ye sd William Persifull his Heires
from or under him them or any of them. In Confirmacon
ffixt his seal this ffifth Day of May Anno Domi 1705
