As allsoe all profitts privileges and apprtunances whatsoe
ever unto the sd parcell of Land or any part thereof be
longing or in any wise appertaineing To have and to
hold the sd parcell of Land wth all ye priviledges thereunto
belonging unto him the sd Tymothy Hurley his heires and
assignes for Ever and the sd Michael Miller Doe for himselfe
his heires Exrs and admrs Doe Covenant in manr and form follow
=ing that the sd Michael Miller is the true and Lawfull owner
of ye prmisses and att ye Ensealing and Delivery of these prsents
are Lawfully seized to the use of him his heires and assignes
for Ever and that they have full power and authoritie
to grant bargaine and sell ye prmisses wth Every part thereof
unto him the sd Tymothy Hurley his heires and assignes for Ever
and farther yt the sd Lands and Every part thereof now is free
from all manner of formr gifts, grants Joyntures Dowers
fines rents and arrearages of Rents whatsoever the rents
and services which shall become Doe to ye Lord of the ffee
in respect of his Segniorytie onely Excepted and allsoe yt
the said Michael Miller his heirs Exrs and admrs shall &
will all the proper cost and charges in the Law of him
the said Tymothy Hurley his heires or assignes make
any farther assureance of the premisses or his or their
Councill Learned in the Law shall reasonably advise or
Direct and farther the said Michael Miller Doe for himselfe
his heires Exrs and admrs Covenant to an wth the sd Tymothy
Hurley his heires and assignes that They shall and may
from henceforth Lawfully and Quietly have hold
possess and Injoy all the said parcell of Land wth the
premisses as thereunto belonging and allsoe may receive
the rents profitts and Issues of the same from time to
time to the use of him the sd Tymothy Hurley his heires
and assignes for Ever without the Least Disturbance
or Resistance of him the said Michael Miller his
his heires Exrs &ca or of any other prson or persons
whatsoever In Confirmation whereof the said
Michael Miller have subscribed our hand and
fixed our Seales the Day and year above written

Which Deed was Endorsed wth these words vizt
November the 5th anno Dmi 1706
Then came before us Thomas Smyth and William Harris
two of her majestyes Justices for the Provinciall Court
Michael Miller and Martha his wife and Did then and
there acknowledge the wthin to be their act and Deed the said
Martha Miller being particularly Examined according to Law
by us that she gave her free consent to the sale of
the wthin Land              Tho: Smyth
