             Then came james Smyth formrly
             bookekeeper to Thomas Jace of sd County
             Inholder and made oath in open Court
             that what sums of tobacco & money is
             Charged in the sd Jaces bookes of him ye
             sd Smyths setting Downe or bookeing
             given of Dr & Cr is Justly Intered &
             Duely charged to ye Cost of his knowledge

abovesd Thomas jace & made oath yt what Liquors
or accomodations ye sd Sarah gave him an account
of & ordr him to Charge in the sd bookes is
just and truely Charged

Kent County{    Whereas I Robert Roberts of sd County have
in Maryland{    formerly given a generall warrant of attry
                to plead &ca to a Certaine Richard Hunter one
of the attryes of sd County Court I Doe now hereby revoke
and Disannuall the sd warrant and allsoe Doe revoke all
and singular power or warrants by me given to ye sd Rd
Hunter att any time or times heretofore granted and
Doe Desire yu Mr George Lumley Clk Kent County to
Inter this revocation upon ye records of sd County and for
yor soe Doeing this shall be yor sufficient
warrant as wittness my hand and seale this 17th Day of June

This Indenture made this twenty fifth Day of June
anno Dmi 1706 Beetween Michael Miller of
the County of Kent In the Province of Mary=
land planter of ye one part and Tymothy Hurley
of the County afsd of the other part wittnesseth
that the sd Michael Miller for and in Consideracon
of the sum of nine thousand pounds of tobacco in hand
already received by ye sd Michael Miller and the sd Michael
Miller Doe for himselfe his heirs Exrs and admrs fully &
Clearly Exonerate and Discharge the sd Tymothy Hurley
his heirs Exrs and admrs and from the same have
granted bargained sold Enfeoffed and confirmed &
Doe by these prsents sell Infeoff and Confirm unto
Tymothy Hurley his heires and assignes all yt pcell of
Land containeing two hundred acres be the same more or
Less Begining att in the East line of a pcell of Land of William
Woodlands Containing fifty acres surveyed by Daniel Toaes
and running wth ye sd Land and east Line Seaventy pearches
Thence south east till it Intersects a parcell of Land of
John Rawlinsons thence wth the said Rawlingsons and Caecill
maine road south sixty five Degrees West to the Extent of ye
grant pattent and Intersection of a parcell of Land sold to
William Perafield out of ye sd Tract thence wth the sd
Perifields Land to ye first bounds being part of a tract
of Land called Providence sold by me Michael Miller To=
gether wth all woods underwoods trees timber trees & Water
=ige ffree Egress and regress from and unto the same
