ce of Maryland Planter and Hannah his wife of the one partt
of ye other partt Wittnesseth That ye sd John Shaw for and in
of good sound Marchantable tobacco and Casque in hand already
Indenture and for divers other good causes and considerations
John Shaw by and with the consent of ye sd Hannah his wife
given granted Bargained and sould alliened Infesttd and
Executors administrators or assignes fully freely and absolutely
unto him ye sd Robert Ingram his heires Executors admrs or
outhouses fenses and all the appurtinances thereunto belonging
woods under timber and Timber Trees that is now in the
that part of Land that he ye sd John Shaw formyly sould to
ye sd John Shaw formaly sould to Michaell Belliken called and
County and one ye east sides of Morgans Creek and one ye
to belonging To have hold occupy & Injoye all &
wise appertaining Royall Mines Excepted To have &
appurtinanses before by these presents Bargained & sould
sd Robert Ingram his Heires Executor admrs or assignes ye
ye appurtinanses thereunto belonging and every part & parsell
administrators or assignes against him ye sd John Shaw his
or persons whatsoever and shall and will ever hereafter
servisses to be done and Due to ye Right honnarable Pripriatr
heires Executors admrs or assignes shall & will from time to time
proper Cost & Charge in ye Law of him ye sd Robert Ingram
pledge and Execute and annull all and Every other Conveyances
whatsoever for ye better asshurring and sure makeing over all
Ingram his heires Executors admrs or assignes for ever In
