This Indenture made the Twenty fourth Day of June Henry Everitt of Talbot County of ye one pt and John Everitt for and in Consideration of ye sum of Eight Thousa delivery of these prsents by him ye sd John Ally ye Receipt wh Herewith fully Contented and pd and thereof and of Every part and Alla his heires Executrs & administratrs for ever by these prsents and by these prsents Doe give, grant, alien, Enfeoffe & Confirme and ffifty Acres of Land being pt of a Tract of Land Called nances Together with all houses buildings orchards gardens to ye sd prmisses or any prcell thereof belonging or any wise Lying & being on the Eastern Main branch of Coursika Creeke Oake standing in ye north west Line of a prcell of Land formerly Line of John Davis his Land, running down ye branch north dred & Twenty prches, Then South East Seaventy & ffive prches One Hundred & ffifty Acres more or less; To have & to hold ye and appurtenances thereunto belonging unto him ye sd John Alla his exonerated & discharged of & from all other former gifts grants rents & arreareages of rents The rents & services wch shall hence Excepted & foreprized; And further ye sd Henry Everitt doth for John Alla his heires and assignes and with Every of them by assignes against all mannrrsons whatsoever Lawfully or out of the before hereby granted prmisses & shall & will John Alla his heires & assignes in Peaceable possession main Alle his heires & assignes for ever; And further ye Sd Henry property Claime & Demand that he now hath or Ever had his Heires & assignes for ever; in a good and absolute Estate, ye sd John Alla his heires & assignes for ever; And ye sd Henry assignes to & with ye sd John Alla his heires & assignes & every of them shall att ye proper Cost & Charges in ye Law of him ye sd made, Done, Executed & suffer to be done any further or better Concerning ye before hereby granted prmisses as his or their require to ye only proper use and behoofe of him ye sd John In Wittness whereof ye sd Henry Everitt hath hereunto sett his Sealed & Delivered in ye prsence of The above Deed was Solomon Wright as followeth vidzt fflower Walker June 25th 1706 Then Came John Loyde Everitt and Sarah his wife ffirst and Acknowledged the taken p ?:S: named John Alla before us of the Peace for Kent Coun |
