Andthe said John Toaes either by himselfe or the said William
heires and every of them shall and will from time to time and att
and Charges in the Law whatsoever of the said Richard Bennett
Conveyance in the Law of the premises for the more perfect
Bennett his heires and assignes; be it by Enrollment of this or
Bennett his heires or assignes or his or their Counsell Learned

ffive Hundred Pounds of Tobacco in hand allready Receivd by
himselfe his heires Executors and admrs fully & Clearely Exonerate
of and from the same have granted Bargained Sold Enfeoffed
unto Michaell Miller his heires & assignes all that
less Beginning at a Marked Locust Post standing in the
One Hundred Eighty & Two Perches to a Bounden Aspen
running for Breadth north east and by east up the Branch
Line Running for Length south east One Hundred Eighty &
Running south west and by south to the ffirst Marked Locust
Laid out for ffifty Acres of Land More or Less; Together
free Egrese & Regrese from and unto the same as alsoe
ye sd parcell of Land or any prt thereof belonging or
Land with all the Privileges thereunto belonging unto
ye sd Ebenzr Blackistone for himself his Heires Executrs & admrs
Blackistone is ye True & Lawfull owner of ye premises &
to the use of him his heires and assignes for ever and yt he
with Every pt yrof unto ye sd Michaell Miller his heires and
is free from all manner of former Gifts Grants Joyntures
