This Indenture made the ninth Day of March in
the grace of God of England Scotland ffrance & Ireland
William Comegyes attorney of John Toaes of Kent County in the
Kent Planter and sarah his wife of the one Part; and Richard
Whereas The af:sd John Toaes by his Bond under his hand and seale
obliege & firmly bind himselfe and his Heires &ca To make over acco
Severall Tracts and parcells of Land Lyeing in kent County with 1845
Lyeing & being in Kent County in the Province aforesaid: and formerly
Massey; from a Certaine John Lewelyn but for as much as the said
Tract or parcell of Land called Partnership so that remaines only
and Sarah Massey; and for as much as the said Bond not being
Authorized Impowered and appointed the said William Comegyes
stead to sell and make over all or any his Lands in Maryland
of him the said John Toaes to agree with him the said Richard
Parcell of Land called partnership as now remaines unsold by him
Lands belonging unto them the said John Toaes and Sarah Massey
Land of Partnership so sold as aforesaid unto the said Richard
& others; accordingly the said William Comegyes has Joyned
Bennett the severall Tract of Land and premises here after
Wittnesseth That the said William Comegyes (attorney of the
Consideration of the sume of fforty & ffive Thousand Pounds
John Toaes Peter Massey & Sarah his wife in hand allready
hereof the receipt whereof the said John Toaes Peter Massey
themselves to be therewith fully satisfied Contented and paid
acquitt exonerate and discharge him the said Richard Bennett
presents Have given granted bargained sold aliened Enfeo
and their heires fully and absolutely give grant Bargaine
Richard Bennett his heires and assignes for ever; All those
Lyeing and being in Kent County in the said Province of Mary
the said John Toaes and Sarah Masses (but now since the
Inheritance of them the said John Toaes and Sarah Massey;
Partnership Lyeing and being near the head of Chester River and not
Quantity 500 acres of Land more or less; And also those other
Lieu of the other part of Partnership sold by sd John Toaes unto the
mortgaged and sold to others, vizt all that Tract or parcell of Land
surveyed for and granted unto a certaine William Hemsley
near the head of the said River; and all that part of a Tract
head of Chester River; Beginning att a bounded Oak standing
being the ffirst bounded Tree or beginning Tree of a Tract of
400 Perches then north east 260 Perches Then north west 400
Six Hundred and ffifty Acres of Land more or Less Together
Edifices Orchards Gardens Woods Underwoods Trees Timber Trees
ffences Inclosures and other Improvements and appurtenances
Innmityes advantages whatsoever unto the said Three Severall
acres of Land and ffifty acres of Land as aforesaid)
or to any part or parcell thereof appurtaining and the reversion
and all the Estate right Title or Interst use Possession property
Peter Massey and Sarah his wife their Heires Exrs and admrs
granted or Intended to be herein & hereby Granted premises with
