of our Lord anno Dom:one Thousand Seven Hundred and Six and in the land ffrance & Ireland Queen defender of the faith &ca Betweene Maryland Planter of ye part and John King of the same County and Collins and Mary his Wife doth for a Vallarable Consideration for ye sume and paid by ye sd John King before ye Ensealing & delivery of these doth hereby acknowledge and confess and theirof and of Every part and discharge ye afsd John King his Heires Executors and administrrs forever enfeeof & Confirmed and by these Presents doth grant Brgaine Sell assignes for ever all that Tract or parcell of Land Called Collens Range side of a great branch of a Creeke Called Herring Creeke And beginning running for bredth up ye sd runn southerly Three Hundred & Twenty east One Hundred & ffifty perches and from ye End of ye East Line by a thence by a Line Drawne Wesst to ye ffirst Bounded Oake Containeing & singular ye houses orchards fences fields & cleare grounds & medoies ments Herreditament & appurtenances whatsoever to ye af:sd Three To have and to hold ye af:sd Tract of Land and all & singular The Intended to be granted bargained & sold with Every Rights members and to ye only proper use & behoofe of ye sd John King his Heires & assignes that the said parcell of Land and all & singular ye premisses before King his Heires and assignes against him ye said Thomas Collins and sons that shall or may have or claime any right Title or Interest by any will Warrant and for ever defend by these presents And he ye said Thomas nant Grant & agree to and with the afd John King his Heires & assignes John King his Heires & assignes from time to time & at all time for ever posess & Enjoye ye afsd parcell of Land & all ye premises within menconed of him ye afsaid Thomas Collins and Mary his wife or their Heires & pretending to hve or Claime any Estate right Title Interest or demand unto John King his Heires & assignes shall forever be & by these presents now are from all manner of former & other bargaines sales gifts grants Joynters henceforth to become payable to ye Chiefe Lord or Lords of ye ffee or and from all Troubles Charges & incumbrances whatsoever had made Mary his Wife for their Heires or by any other person or persons whatsoever Executrs administrrs doth Covenant Grant & agree with ye afsd John King ye said Thomas Collins & Mary his wife their Heires or assignes shall and of Seaven years next Ensueing ye Date of these presents & upon ye reasonable his Heires or assignes make doe suffer performe acknowledge Levey and Leveyed & Executed all & Every such further Lawfull & reasonable rances Conveyance & Conveyances in ye Law whatsoever for ye further Conveying of all and singular ye before here by granted or menconed & appurtenances unto ye said John King his Heires & assignes as by Learned in ye Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required Indentures have Interchangeably set their hands and seae the Day
