Stephen Glanvill do make his personall Appearance
before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court
house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
of August Instant then and there to give Evidence in behalf of
his Lordship against the afd William Pope then this recoge.
to Void Else to remain in full force in Law     Henry Evans
Kent County fst Be remembered that on the eighth
day of August Anno Domini 1738 Personally Appeared
Stephen Glanvill before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged him:
:self Indebted unto his Lordship the right honourable the Lord
Propry of Maryland in the sum of five pounds current
money of Maryland to be made and Leveyed on his body
goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his
said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition
to this recognizance that Mary Glanvill the wife of the
afd Stephen do make her personall Appearance before
the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our
Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the
third tuesday of August Instant then and there to give in
Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd William
pope Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in
full force in Law                           Henry Evans
