47 on the third tuesday Instant and in the mean time to keepthe peace and be of good behavour Especially to William Burcam Then this recognizance to be void Else to remain in full force in Law Henry Evans Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the eighth day of August in the year of Our Lord 1738 Personally Appeared before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd County William Burcam & Acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the Lord Propry of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Current money of the province afd to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship his heirs & Successors With Condition to this recognizance that he the said William Burcam do make his perosnall Appe. before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday Instant then and there to give Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd William Pope Then this recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law Henry Evans Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the Eighth day of August Anno Domini 1738 personally Appeared Stephen Glanvill before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace for the afd And Acknowledged himself Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the Lord Propry of Maryland in the sum of five pounds current money of the province afd to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors with Condition to this recognizance that Stephen |
