Stephen Glanvill his Recognizance taken as afd is
by this Court here discharged there being no Cause Shewn
to the Contrary
Att Which said day and Year afd last mentioned cometh
here into Court Mary Thompson and prayeth that her
Suretys recognizance taken as afd for her Appearance to
this Court may be discharged
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Stephen Glanvill
his recognizance taken as afd be discharged as prayed

Personally Appeared before me the Subscriber One of

William Pope and Hugh Morrison and Acknow:
:ledged themselves Indebted unto his Lordship the
Right honourable the Lord Propry of Maryland in the
sum of ten pounds current money of the province afd
to be made and Leveyed on his body goods & Chattles
Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to this recoge.
