And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court at
the Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on the
third Tuesday of August being the fifteenth day of said month
in the year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred thirty & Eight com:
:eth Martha Barton and prayeth that her Suretys Recoge.
taken as afd may be Discharged            Ordered by this Court
here that Jams. Moore her Surety be Discharged as prayed
James Moore his recognizance taken as afd for the
Appearance of the afd Martha to this Court is by the afd
Court here Discharged there being no Cause shewn to the
Contrary
Att Which day & year afd last mentioned cometh Wm.
Burcam here into Court in his proper person and prays
that his recognizance taken as afd may be discharged
