Kent County fst Be it remembered that on eighth day
of August in the year of Our Lord 1738 Personally Appeared
Stephen Glanvill before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged
himself Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the
Lord propry of Maryland in the sum of five pounds Currt.
money of the province afd to be made and Leveyed on his
body goods and Chattles lands and Tenements for the Use
of his said Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condn.
to this recognizance that Mary Glanvill do make her
personall Appearance before the Justices of Our next
County Court to be held at Our Court house in the Town of
Chester in said County on the third tuesday Instant as
an Evidence in behalf of his Lordship against the afd
Martha Barton Then this recognizance to be void Else
to remain in full force in Law       Henry Evans
