Kent County fst Be it remembered that on the
Eighth day of August in the year of Our Lord Seventeen hundred
thirty and eight personally Appeared William Burcam before
me the Subscriber One of his Lordships Justices of the peace
for the afd County and Acknowledged himself Indebted to his
Lordship the right honourable the Lord Propry of Maryland
in the sum of five pounds current money of the province
afd to be made and Leveyed on his body goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements for the Use of his said Lordship his
heirs and Successors With Condition to this Recognizance
that he the said William do make his personall Appearc.
before the Justices of Our next County Court to be held at
Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County on
the third tuesday Instant as an Evidence in behalf of
his Lordship against the afd Martha Then this recoge.
to be Void Else to remain in full force in Law
