William Pope Then this Recognizance to be Void Else
to Remain in full force in Law            Henry Evans
And now here to wit at Kent County Court at the Court house
in the Town Town of Chester in said County on the third tuesday
of August being the fifteenth day of said month in the year
of Our Lord Seventeen hundred thirty & eight cometh the
afd William Burcam and prays that his & his Suretys
Recognizance taken as afd may be Discharged
Ordered by this Court here that William Burcam & James
Moore their recognizances taken as afd be discharged as
prayed            William Burcam and James
Moore their recognizances taken as afd by this Court
here Discharged there being no cause shewn to the Contrary

His Lordship    Kent County fst Be it
agt    remembered that on the eighth day
Martha Barton    of August in the year of Our Lord
seventeen hundred thirty and eight personally Appeared
James Moore before me the Subscriber One of his Lordships
Justices of the peace for the afd County and Acknowledged him:
:self Indebted to his Lordship the right honourable the Lord
propry of Maryland in the sum of ten pounds current money
of the province afd to be made and Leveyed on his body goods
and Chattles lands and Tenements for the use of his said
Lordship his heirs and Successors With Condition to this
Recognizance that she the afd Martha do make her personall
Appearance before the Justices of Our next County Court to
be held at Our Court house in the Town of Chester in said County
on the third tuesday in August Instant to Answer unto what
shall be then and there objected against her on his Lordships
behalf and in the mean time to keep the peace & be of good
behavour Especially to William Burcam Then this
Recognizance to be Void Else to remain in full force
