last mentioned that the said Charles pay the sum of three
hundred fifty and eight pounds of tobacco Costs Accrueing
on the premisses afd to the Severall Officers of this
Court &c                                 Jams Smith Clk
Ordered by this Court here that the afd Charles enter
into Recognizance with Security for the fees Accrueing
on the premisses afd to the Officers of this Court &c
Thereupon Charles Smith and Thomas Sanders
of Kent County Planters present here in Court Ac:
:knowledgeth themselves Indebted unto his Lordship
the right Honourable the Lord Propry of Maryland
in the sum of One thousand pounds of tobacco each to
be made and Leveyed on their bodys Goods and Chattles
Lands and Tenements for the use of his said Lordship
his heirs and Successors With Condition to theis recoge.
that he the said Charles do pay the fees afd Accrueing
on the premisses afd to the Officers of this Court
Then this Recognizance to be Void Else to remain
in full force in Law
